Putnam County is located in the north central portion of Missouri, bordering the Iowa line.  Our Agriculture is primarily beef cattle and cash grain with some hogs, dairy cattle, and forestry products included a well. LAND & TOPOGRAPHY     Putnam County has a land area of 333,000 acres.
